Danielle M. Matricardi is a Partner with Denmark Ashby Matricardi LLC whose practice is focused on public finance, municipal law, commercial real estate, economic development, and local government representation. She serves as a trusted advisor to municipalities, public authorities, and governmental entities throughout Georgia, providing strategic legal counsel on complex transactions that support community growth, infrastructure investment, and long-term economic development.

Ms. Matricardi has extensive experience representing governmental clients in public finance transactions, commercial real estate matters, redevelopment initiatives, and economic development projects.
