T. Orlando Pearson

T. Orlando Pearson serves as Of Counsel to Denmark Ashby Matricardi LLC, supporting the Firm’s litigation practice with more than 20 years of experience in labor and employment, domestic relations, governmental matters, and complex civil litigation. He is recognized for strategic preparation, sound judgment, and a practical approach focused on each client’s objectives.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Pearson practiced with law firms throughout Georgia and served as a Federal Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and as a Senior Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of Fulton County. These roles provided extensive experience in legal research, judicial analysis, courtroom procedure, and the effective resolution of complex disputes. His work has included significant public-interest matters, including the 2014 bond validation proceedings for the Mercedes-Benz Stadium project.

Mr. Pearson is a graduate of Leadership Savannah, Leadership DeKalb, and the State Bar of Georgia Leadership Academy. His professional and community leadership includes service with State Bar programs and civic organizations, presenting continuing legal education programs, and teaching at Georgia State University. He brings the Firm’s clients seasoned advocacy, responsive counsel, and a measured approach to difficult legal issues.
