Vicki Burton

Vicki Burton serves as a Senior Paralegal for Denmark Ashby Matricardi LLC, supporting the Firm’s attorneys in complex litigation, municipal matters, labor and employment matters, and school-board proceedings. Her legal-support and corporate experience include work with major Fortune 500 companies, where she developed a strong understanding of demanding professional environments, detailed documentation, and high standards of responsiveness.

Ms. Burton brings extensive knowledge of school-board hearings and the procedural, administrative, and organizational requirements involved in public-sector representation. She assists attorneys with hearing preparation, records review, pleadings, discovery, document production, witness and exhibit coordination, deadline management, and the organization of complex case files.

Her support extends throughout the life cycle of a matter from initial file review and case planning through discovery, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and resolution. She works closely with attorneys to track outstanding assignments, maintain accurate and accessible records, organize evidentiary materials, and help ensure that filings and work product are complete, timely, and presentation ready.
